8 Brocades Qigong Practice

I love Qigong! It makes me slow down so I can speed up. It seems so easy but it's so hard and requires a lot of patience!

There are many different forms and I'm attracted to the breath work, sword work, tai chi, dancing, and if it involves the 5 elements of Chinese Medicine. I really love this gal I found on YouTube. Hope you start your qigong practice and love with her!
