Having more compassion with the compassion exercise

With all the things going on in the world, now more than ever is it important to have compassion for ourselves and others. During services this week I've been sharing the compassion exercise to increase peace and compassion.

When we take ourselves out of the situation, it is easier to understand for others. This will bring on a sense of more PEACE. I invite you to try it for a person you are struggling with. Namaste!
